Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Technique, vous occupez un rôle central dans l'organisation et le suivi des activités de maintenance des sites Orfea. Depuis le siège social, vous accompagnez à distance les équipes opérationnelles et les Responsables Maintenance, régulièrement en déplacement sur l'ensemble du territoire. Véritable point d'appui du service, vous veillez à la fiabilité des informations, au respect des échéances et à la bonne coordination des interventions. Vos missions portent principalement sur le suivi de la maintenance préventive, curative et réglementaire. Les activités liées aux travaux demeurent ponctuelles. À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené(e) à: Piloter le suivi administratif des contrats de maintenance: planification des interventions, contrôle des prestations…
