Account Manager Marketplace F/H

Aux côtés de tes collègues et de ton manager, tu accompagneras un portefeuille de marchands sur la Marketplace afin de maximiser leur chiffre d’affaires tout en veillant à la satisfaction du client final. Tu seras formé(e) à nos outils internes et à nos process, avec pour ambition d’aider tes marchands partenaires à performer sur Conforama.fr. 🚀 Les missions principales auxquelles tu vas contribuer Pilotage business: analyser les KPIs (CA, marge, taux de conversion, etc.) et suivre la performance de tes catégories produits et marchands pour mettre en place des plans d’actions adaptés. Gestion de la qualité & satisfaction client: veiller au respect des SLA (délais de livraison, SAV, retours…), à la complétude et qualité des fiches produits, et à la compétitivité prix.…
