accueil et intégration des nouveaux salariés - gestion des dossiers administratifs des salariés (contrats, avenants, soldes de tout compte, etc) - suivi des procédures disciplinaires et des entretiens individuels Saisie comptable Profil recherché: Diplôme en gestion de paie obligatoire (bac + 2 minimum) avec expérience significative Double cursus en paie et comptabilité apprécié Salaire 2200 euros brut - 5% sur les achats magasin - prise en charge mutuelle à 50 % - prime de fin d'année - CSE - prime de participation aux bénéfices de l'entreprise
