Au quotidien, tu devras: Onboarding et montée en compétences: Sur les 6 premiers mois: tu vas monter en compétences sur la qualification des leads, le pitch aux prospects inbound et outbound, les produits de Matera, l’accompagnement dans le changement de syndic pour tes clients, les techniques de vente et tu vas te familiariser avec le monde de la copropriété (droit et compta notamment). Ensuite: prise en main complète du cycle de vente, jusqu'à la signature des contrats - organisation et pitch lors des AG.
