Your mission Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 Account Executives to consistently hit and exceed new supplier acquisition and revenue targets. Build a disciplined operating rhythm: weekly pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy checks, activity and conversion dashboards, call coaching, and deal strategy sessions. Drive sales process excellence: identify and scale opportunities across the funnel ( outreach tactics, pitch quality, objection handling, pricing/terms negotiations, pitch, deal cycle management) Ensure high-quality CRM hygiene and data integrity; leverage sales tools and software (including CRM like Salesforce and sales enablement tools) for forecasting, capacity planning, and performance insights.…
