Au sein de cette équipe à taille humaine et pluridisciplinaire, vous rejoindrez une pratique Accounting Advisory unique sur le marché, intervenant au croisement des enjeux comptables, fiscaux et transactionnels. Vous interviendrez notamment dans le cadre de réorganisations de groupes, d'opérations de croissance et de projets internationaux nécessitant une expertise technique à forte valeur ajoutée. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement particulièrement stimulant, en collaboration étroite avec des experts fiscalistes, avocats et spécialistes des transactions, sur des projets à forte visibilité auprès des directions financières et des instances dirigeantes.…
