Develop and Execute Service Strategy: including service sales, project delivery, and operation and maintenance for utility solar PV and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) plants. Ensure rapid resolution of customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Customer Satisfaction Management: Take ownership of Global Key Customer satisfaction by ensuring timely response to customer inquiries and issues, driving effective issue resolution and closed-loop management.
