Notre équipe Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services (TARAS) accompagne les entreprises dans l’ensemble des aspects liés à leur information financière en matière d’impôt sur les bénéfices, notamment la comptabilisation de l’impôt tant courant que différé, les processus d’établissement de la charge d’impôt (« tax provision »), ainsi qu'à la réflexion sur le taux effectif d'imposition des clients du Cabinet. Notre équipe intervient également dans les restructurations et les rachats d’entreprise dans la sécurisation des positions d’impôts différés. Elle intervient également sur les problématiques de « Country by Country reporting » et de Pilier 2.…
