Principales responsabilités Opérations quotidiennes: · Enregistrer et classer les factures fournisseurs et clients · Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et suivre les comptes de tiers · Traiter les paiements et les encaissements · Etablir les calendriers de paiements et suivre les échéanciers - Gestion et suivi des facturations et paiement (recouvrement) - Création des factures - Paiement - Assurer que toutes les factures sont comptabilisées de la bonne manière - Reporting quotidien sur factures payées impayées (délais, sujets des impayés, point de vue opérationnel) -Différents indicateurs de paiement (DSO, DPO, taux de conversion) Automatisation des factures en cours.…
