WHAT YOU’LL DO As the Total Rewards Partner, you are a trusted advisor to leaders and People teams, partnering with the business to deliver and govern Total Rewards (TR). Through your expertise in compensation and benefits, you provide data-driven insights, guidance and recommendations that support business decisions while ensuring global alignment. Working closely with People and global Total Rewards teams, you drive consistent, compliant and competitive reward practices. Your main responsibilities are: Lead the delivery of Total Rewards initiatives across the Sales Market, ensuring alignment between global frameworks and local business needs. Lead and coordinate key annual reward processes, including salary reviews, incentive planning, budgeting and market benchmarking.…
