WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating end‑to‑end payroll operations across all Brands in the H&M Group within Sales Market Denmark, Norway and Iceland. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery throughout the full payroll lifecycle, in line with local labour laws, tax and social security regulations, as well as the company’s internal payroll policies and standards. You will combine strong payroll expertise with people leadership, enabling your team to perform at a high level while continuously improving payroll processes in a multi‑country environment.
