The Wellhead Inspector is responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality, integrity, and compliance of wellhead equipment and components used in oil and gas operations. This includes pre-installation, in-service, and post-operation inspections to ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., API 6A), safety regulations, and client-specific requirements. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough inspections of wellhead equipment, including casing heads, tubing heads, spools, valves, and trees. Verify compliance with API 6A, API Q1, ISO, and client specifications. Conduct visual, dimensional, and pressure testing of wellhead components. Review material certifications, manufacturing records, and documentation packages. Identify and report non-conformances or damage to wellhead components.…
