As our new Senior Compliance Officer/Compliance Officer, you'll join the Compliance team in the 2nd line of defence, reporting to Kathrine von Grumbkow, Director of Compliance. The team sits in Copenhagen, but working from Aarhus or Stockholm is also an option. This is a compliance team that gets called early, not last. We cover every regulatory requirement across all the Nordic jurisdictions Lunar operates in, and we're in the room when products are still being shaped - giving support, pushing back, and helping the business find the version that works for customers and regulators. The compliance toolbox here is being built with a tech-first mindset rather than inherited from a decades-old bank, so you'll have real influence over how it takes shape. What will you do?…
