As Labor Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting labor relations and employee relations activities across our Danish organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and HR Business Partners on Danish labor law, collective agreements, local agreements, HR policies, and employee relations matters. Your expertise will help ensure compliance, foster constructive collaboration with employee representatives, and support a positive employee experience.
