Your impact begins here As Release Operations Manager, you will make sure every Novocare release reaches markets in a way that is consistent, scalable and compliant. You will lead the operational planning and rollout of Novocare V5 and ongoing releases across global markets, turning approved priorities into one clear, integrated plan. By keeping complex work visible and moving, you will help central teams, regions and affiliates launch with confidence, so Novocare support reaches each market reliably. What you’ll bring A relevant degree in business, IT, engineering or project/programme management, or equivalent professional experience. Experience coordinating digital product or platform releases, multi-market rollouts or complex cross-functional programmes.…
