As our new Operational Excellence Manager, you'll join the Operational Excellence team in Copenhagen, reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence. This is the senior improvement role in an operation of more than a hundred people, where processes have to satisfy documented regulatory requirements and still keep pace with the volume moving through them. You'll own complex change from the first analysis through to a result that people actually use. What will you do? Bring proven method, and the judgement to adapt it.…
