The Role (What’s in the Box) The Sourcing Manager – Nordics is responsible for providing the strategic and operational bridge between Product and Procurement teams, managing end-to-end communications between local and international stakeholders. The role sits within local/regional teams and owns the process from new ingredient requests through supplier onboarding and scaling. Working in close collaboration with Category Managers and local business leaders, you will support the local Product team in driving the local product agenda in full alignment with global/regional category strategies.
