We are looking for a passionate and quality-focused Assistant Manager, Packaging Quality Stream Lead to join our Quality Team based in Shah Alam, Selangor. In this role, you will lead quality improvement initiatives across packaging operations, driving continuous improvement, process capability, and quality excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of non-conformances, ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, and support the achievement of operational and business goals through structured problem-solving and performance management.
