About the Role In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping shape commercial decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations. You will lead and develop a high-performing analytics team while driving the evolution of Pandora's Revenue Growth Management capabilities through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. The role also involves building strong cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders through structured problem-solving, compelling communication, and fact-based recommendations.
