We Offer You will join the Business Finance team supporting Fleet Management & Technology, with a primary focus on Marine People and Culture. Our team consists of four highly engaged, energetic, and collaborative colleagues who enjoy making an impact through our work. Marine People and Culture is responsible for supporting Maersk’s seafarers and strengthening the overall crew experience across the global fleet. The organization focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining maritime talent while promoting wellbeing, engagement, safety, and an inclusive culture.
