Vi søger to laboratorieteknikere til Section for Biologics Engineering (SBE) ved DTU Bioengineering. Den ene stilling er en 2-årig tidsbegrænset ansættelse med forventet tiltrædelse den 1. februar 2027, mens den anden er en fast stilling med forventet tiltrædelse den 1. marts 2027. SBE opdager og udvikler antistoffer, nanobodies, minibinders og andre engineerede proteiner til terapeutiske, diagnostiske og bioteknologiske anvendelser. Vores forskning kombinerer antistofopdagelse, proteinengineering, syntetisk biologi og digital bioteknologi med stort fokus på at omsætte nye teknologier til praktiske anvendelser. Vores eksperimentelle arbejde spænder over antistof- og nanobody-opdagelse, molekylærbiologi, proteinekspression og -oprensning, biokemiske og cellebaserede assays samt…
