Engineering Manager

About this job

As our new Engineering Manager you'll join the Platform Engineering team based in Aarhus, reporting to Rolf Njor Jensen, VP of Technology, working to shape how Lunar builds, and the systems we build with. You'll lead two squads, nine engineers, mostly senior. One owns our application platform for mobile and web, including authorization. The other owns our builder-productivity platform, now focused on getting the whole company to AI-native development. Both squads serve other engineers, and their value shows up in the leverage they give everyone else. What will you do? Lead two squads of senior engineers.
