As our new Engineering Manager you'll join the Data Platform & Governance squad, reporting to Jesper, working to build the clean, well-governed data infrastructure that powers analytics, AI, and regulatory reporting across Lunar — with a clear end-state, not accumulated scope. What will you do? Lead and grow the Data Platform & Governance squad — setting the engineering culture, building psychological safety, and making sure your people do the best work of their careers. Own the performance and development of 5–10 engineers — through regular 1:1s, clear feedback loops, and growth plans that connect individual ambitions to what Lunar is building. Drive the squad's core mission: delivering reliable data pipelines, storage, and modelling that the whole organisation can trust and build on.…
