As our Senior Reward Analyst you will join a close-knit Reward team, working cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and fellow "Trusties" to drive data-informed people decisions. Our mission is to deliver equitable, transparent, and market-competitive compensation and benefit programs that attract and retain top global talent. In this r ole, you will tackle exciting challenges—from designing total reward dashboarding and leveraging compliant AI solutions to leading key annual review cycles, equity grants, and global market benchmarking. You will also play a pivotal role in advancing our pay equity analysis, statutory gender pay gap reporting, and job architecture, directly reinforcing our commitment to an inclusive, transparent, and open-to-all workplace…
