As the company has grown through organic expansion and acquisitions, forecasting has become increasingly complex, and maintaining forecast accuracy and consistency has become more challenging. This project will investigate how data-driven forecasting approaches can strengthen forecast accuracy, transparency and usability within a selected business area. The student(s) will evaluate current forecasting practices, analyse historical sales and forecast data, and explore alternative analytical approaches that could support better planning and decision-making.…
