The Senior Software Developer role is responsible for leading the development, integration, and maintenance of applications supporting local entities, working closely with local application teams and participating in a Hybrid Squad to deliver new releases in Agile sprints. Acting as the key technical owner for assigned applications, the developer ensures ongoing stability, performance, and security, and maintains alignment with AXA Group / AXA Partners architecture, security, and coding standards. The role is responsible to continuous improvement through DevOps / DevSecOps practices, CI/CD automation, code reviews, mentoring the teammates and robust documentation, while collaborating with regional and local stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality solutions.…
