Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Laboratory Setting, Office Job Description Position Summary As Supervisor, Product Development Engineering, you will lead our Product Development Engineering team within the Desktop Scanning Electron Microscopy (DTS) organization in Brno. Combining people leadership with hands-on technical contribution, you will build and develop a multidisciplinary team of systems and mechanical engineers responsible for turning product architectures into robust, manufacturable products. You will work closely with Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and Service to drive product development, validation, and release.
