As a Staff Engineer on this founding team, you will lead the design and delivery of the platform's core services — agent and MCP infrastructure, evaluation pipelines, and AI observability that every AI-powered feature at SentinelOne will run on. The best platform work is grounded in product reality: you'll partner closely with product teams, at times building customer-facing AI features alongside them, and platformize what proves valuable.
