Join the XGEN engineering team as a Full Stack Software Engineer. You will develop applications used by traders across Barclays Investment Banking, helping them execute trades, manage positions and respond to market opportunities. Working across modern backend and frontend technologies, you will build and support distributed systems that are critical to the trading business. To be successful as a Full Stack Software Engineer, you should have: Extensive Java and Spring Boot development experience. Experience building microservices and distributed systems. Solid software engineering practices (testing, CI/CD, code reviews). Some other highly valued skills may include: Angular or experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, etc.).…
