Key Responsibilities Responsible for operation, maintenance, and optimization of HVAC systems, cooling systems, compressed air systems, plumbing systems, and mechanical infrastructure. Ensure preventive maintenance and technical operation of HVAC systems and mechanical utilities. Monitor and optimize HVAC system performance, energy efficiency, and environmental conditions. Lead facility-related mechanical and HVAC projects including upgrades, retrofits, and installations. Coordinate external suppliers, contractors, service providers, and maintenance schedules for mechanical systems. Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, inspections, and corrective actions for HVAC and mechanical systems. Support GMP compliance, environmental health & safety standards, and internal facility procedures.…
