Up until now, it has operated across local spreadsheets, individual judgement calls, and manual edits. It works, but it relies heavily on personal memory, lacks formal governance, and relies on manual routines. As we continue to scale Europe’s leading online grocery delivery service, we are establishing Integrated Business Planning (IBP)/Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) as a brand-new Group department.
