Take the lead as a Sourcing & Transformation Project Lead, orchestrating complex cross-functional product and supply-chain transformation projects from strategy through implementation and value realization. Partner with Procurement, R&D/Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Management and suppliers across NPDI/NPI, supplier transfers, make/buy changes and strategic sourcing initiatives.
