Budget: Responsible for the R&D Mechatronics Budget of his project: Consolidate, and manage the budget allocated to his project, ensuring alignment with his Hierarchical/Functional Manager. Responsible for the R&D Mechatronics Headcount of his project: Ensure and monitor the allocation of headcount for the project, identification of HC needs & gaps, and needed equipment or investment. Responsible for the A/B/C/D sample BOM Delivery. Support operations to define, optimize and achieve their budget (quotation and investment) and manage quotation processes for his project (RFQ, outsourcing, test means).
