As a claim team lead, you will be in charge of coordinating the analysis, investigation and assessment of claims, late value claims or any incident originating from internal operational/system errors or external supplier errors for Clearstream Banking Luxembourg, Clearstream Banking Frankfurt, Lux CSD and Clearstream International. The position reports to Claims Management, Independent Business and Risk Control (IBRC). Your responsibilities Supervise the handling and investigation of customer claims, incidents, and prefunding requests.
