Your area of work: Clearstream is undergoing a significant digital transformation to modernize its services, processes, and operating model. To support this transformation, the Transformation Readiness team is establishing a new role focused on ensuring end-to-end internal readiness to ensure operational and other impacted teams are fully prepared for the introduction of new processes, functionalities, and ways of working. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing an end-to-end Operational Readiness framework. This includes assessing current readiness practices, analyzing operational processes, and identifying how readiness activities are managed across projects and releases.…
