Labour is one of the largest cost areas across Rohlik Group, and external workforce services are critical to the daily performance of our fulfilment centres and warehouses. As we continue to scale across Europe, we are establishing a dedicated Group Labour Procurement function to bring stronger commercial ownership, transparency and consistency to this strategically important category. We are looking for a Head of Labour Procurement who will design and lead our Group-wide sourcing and commercial strategy for external workforce services across the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Hungary and Romania.
