To support this mission, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to scale Apify’s paid acquisition and own the channels, budget, and team behind it. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - You have 8+ years in performance marketing, growth, or user acquisition, ideally at a B2B technology or PLG/SaaS company. - You've built and led a performance marketing team: hiring, mentoring, and restructuring it as it grows. - You've managed budgets of $1M+ and can explain how you allocated them. LTV/CAC, payback periods, and ROAS are numbers you argue about, not just report. - You've run acquisition hands-on across the major ad platforms, plus at least some of affiliate, partner, and influencer channels.…
