Test Manager Jako Test Manager budete: o Navazovat spolupráci s klienty skupiny KBC a podílet se na budování testovacích týmů poskytujících testovací služby klientům skupiny KBC o Zavádět nové aktivity v rámci organizace o Podílet se na tvorbě testovací strategie a testovacích cílů pro aktivity/projekty Q-HUB o Iniciovat nové QA nápady a přístupy a uvádět je do praxe o Vést interní projekty Klíčové kompetence, které vám pomohou uspět: o Více než 4 roky zkušeností v oblasti QA/Testování o Základní přehled o bankovních produktech a službách o Zkušenost s návrhem testovacích případů je nutností o Znalost nástrojů pro řízení vývoje (JIRA, Confluence, …) o Pokročilá znalost vývojových a testovacích metodologií (SCRUM, SAFe) o Další IT zkušenosti a znalosti jsou výhodou (automatizační nástroje,…
