Improvement Project Manager

About this job

Process Engineering Manager __ We are looking for an improvement project manager for our medium switchgear manufacturing unit in Brno – someone who knows what it takes to manage demanding projects and won't get derailed when the map doesn't exist yet. Your mission: to turn our Smart Factory vision into reality. And not through just one project, but through an entire portfolio of changes: automation, new technologies, layout redesigns, MES implementation, and new manufacturing processes. You will manage the entire cycle: from idea through feasibility study and procurement to implementation and ramp-up. We need someone who can set direction, build a team, and deliver results. And when things get stuck? You find a way, not an excuse.…
