QSM/VEDOUCÍ KVALITY POPIS POZICE: - Vedení oddělení kvality a odpovědnost za systém kvality společnosti. - Řízení interních auditů, nápravných opatření a nákladů na nekvalitu. - Implementace a rozvoj požadavků IATF, VDA a zákaznických standardů. - Příprava reportů, akčních plánů a podkladů pro management. - Správa dokumentace, pracovních postupů a kritických znaků ve výrobě. - Definice potřeb školení a rozvoj kompetencí v oblasti kvality. POŽADAVKY: - Praxi v oblasti kvality v automotive prostředí. - Znalost IATF 16949, SPC, APQP, FMEA, VDA 6, PSCR. - Aktivní znalost AJ. - Schopnost vést tým, prosazovat změny a dotahovat úkoly do konce. - Samostatný, proaktivní a analytický přístup. VÝHODOU: - SAP, IMDS. - Certifikát auditora VDA 6.3. - Zkušenost se zákazníkem Škoda Auto.…
