technický ředitel/ředitelka - junior Hledáme zkušeného technicky orientovaného kolegu či kolegyni, který/á se v budoucnu ujme pozice technického ředitele. Vybraný kandidát nejprve absolvuje dvou – až tříletý adaptační a rozvojový program, během něhož postupně získá praktické zkušenosti v klíčových oblastech naší společnosti: - technologie, - laboratoř, - konstrukce, - nástrojárna. Cílem programu je důkladné poznání výrobních procesů, jednotlivých pracovišť i spolupracujících týmů. Po úspěšném absolvování programu a prokázání odborných a manažerských předpokladů kandidát převezme pozici technického ředitele. Co od vás očekáváme • VŠ technického směru (ČVUT, VUT, VŠCHT), • orientaci v moderních technologiích, • uživatelskou znalost práce na PC (MS office - Excel, Word, spolupráce s AI), •…
