Deliverability Procurement Manager

What challenge awaits you? The Procurement team is looking for a commercially sharp vendor manager who can keep our deliverability supply base balanced, competitive, and low-risk while continuously improving margin. You will own the cost side of our SMS and email vendor relationships end to end, from sourcing and onboarding to rate-card negotiation and ongoing performance governance. You will build and maintain a vendor base that gives Bloomreach coverage in every geography we sell into, redundancy where we are exposed, and pricing that lets Sales win deals without eroding margin. You will then use that supply base to partner across Pricing, Deliverability, and Sales, translating carrier and vendor costs into custom pricing and rate cards, and making sure customer escalations are routed…
