Our mission is to modernize end-to-end Finance and Accounting operations. The primary focus is processes and systems which will enhance financial and operational performance. This role will drive core operating strategy across many teams, with focus on processes, systems and delivering impact internally and to customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong interest in process design, automation, using AI tools to build and transform workflows and operations. The initial focus is building new capabilities that help drive value realization by monitoring platform usage, working with sales to address overages and drive commercial discussions (overage fees, upsells, right sizing, remediation).…
