The Packaging Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all packaging processes are technically validated, accurately documented, and fully aligned with customer requirements before implementation into warehouse operations. The role serves as the technical authority for packaging, ensuring that every new or modified product is assessed, validated, and supported by clear and effective Packing Instructions that enable safe, consistent, and repeatable packing operations. Key Responsibilities Perform First Article Inspections by validating new products against customer packaging specifications. Create, maintain, and continuously improve Packing Instructions for warehouse operations. Validate packaging concepts to ensure compliance with customer standards and operational requirements.…
