Zscaler OPS Engineer Náplň práce: o Instalace, konfigurace, správa a monitorování bezpečnostních řešení Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX). o Řešení problémů v systémech Zscaler, diagnostika a odstraňování chyb. o Identifikace a eskalace urgentních bezpečnostních incidentů a systémových chyb souvisejících se Zscalerem. o Samostatná analýza, návrh a realizace přidělených projektů Zscaler. o Poskytování odborné expertizy v oblasti technologií Zscaler a osvědčených postupů (best practices). o Příprava a správa technické dokumentace související s konfiguracemi a politikami Zscaler. o Reakce na dotazy koncových uživatelů a efektivní komunikace o bezpečnostních službách Zscaler.
