Application Support Engineer Co tě u nás čeká: Budeš kontaktní osobou pro řešení technických incidentů a požadavků Analýza a řešení problémů s aplikacemi v našem multi-tenant SaaS prostředí Hledání příčin problémů v protokolech, API, SQL a jednotlivých aplikacích Úzká spolupráce s DevOPS, OPS a developmentem na řešení problémů Pomoc s integrací dalších SaaS aplikací do je standardizovaného modelu podpory Hledání cest, jak ještě zlepšit a optimalizovat naše SaaS prostředí Požadavky: Baví tě provozovat SaaS, řešení složitých technických výzev v produkčním prostředí Máš praxi v oblasti B2B SaaS aplikací Vyhrává u tebe orientování na zákazníka, jasná komunikace a dokumentace postupů Máš znalosti SaaS prostředí (Linux, Windows) a základní znalost cloudových platforem (Azure, AWS nebo GCP) Umíš…
