Monitoring infrastruktury zákazníka, komunikace se zákazníkem, troubleshooting. Nutná předchozí zkušenost s IT supportem. Ochota pracovat na směny 24x7. Vzdělávání v rozsahu dle dohody s přímým nadřízeným 5 týdnů dovolené 3 tzv.
