THE ROLE As the Engineering Manager for FlashBlade//EXA NDU, you will build and lead a systems software engineering team responsible for the non-disruptive upgrade capabilities of Everpure’s FlashBlade//EXA platform. Combining direct people leadership with deep systems intuition, you will ensure enterprise customers adopt software updates seamlessly without downtime or risk to data integrity. You will set the team's execution strategy, partner across platform and product organizations, and build an engineering culture where test automation, release readiness, and end-to-end failure isolation are treated as core product deliverables.…
