ServiceNow SecOps Engineer Náplň práce: • Připravovat testovací dokumentaci a uživatelské příručky k funkcím ServiceNow SecOps. • Pracovat samostatně i v týmu a úzce spolupracovat s klíčovými zainteresovanými stranami a vývojáři. • Vyvíjet formuláře, tabulky, moduly, skripty a pracovní postupy v SecOps. • Využívat znalost JavaScriptu k podpoře vývoje. • Dodržovat a rozvíjet schválené standardy vývoje softwaru. • Podporovat datovou transparentnost služeb a lepší přehled o výkonnosti pomocí reportovacích dashboardů. • Vyvíjet uživatelsky přívětivé položky katalogu služeb. • Vyřizovat ad hoc požadavky z jednotlivých zemí. Požadavky: VÝHODOU: • Znalost JavaScriptu a skriptování v ServiceNow a modulech SecOps. • Certifikace správce systému ServiceNow (Certified ServiceNow System Administrator).…
