Valeo is a leading supplier of components and systems for the world's automakers. In our R&D (Research & Development) Center in Prague we develop Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for intelligent cars. We are looking for a FUNCTIONAL SAFETY ENGINEER, who will perform functional safety activities for next generation of sensors for comfort and driving assistance systems (e.g. Emergency Braking, Blind Spot Detection, Adaptive Cruise Control, Traffic Jam Assist, Automatic light activation, etc.). YOUR CHALLENGES? Ensure compliance of product and process with ISO 26262 and other relevant functional safety standards Perform functional safety activities on projects in compliance with Valeo methodology: Safety Planning, Safety analyses (FMEA, FTA, Reliability), Safety Concepts, Safety…
