WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our team of analysts in our HQs office in Prague (Czech Republic). SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Analysis of investment opportunities in Excel, including cash flows, IRRs, sensitivity analysis. Preparing investment memos and reports. Collecting research data supporting the key underwriting assumptions (markets rents, growth rates, vacancies, cap rates etc). Participating on the preparation of strategic corporate presentations. WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE University (min. Bc. degree) - Economics/Finance specialization. Solid analytical skills. Experience from a similar position (appr. 1 year).…
